Training Payment Plans
Training payments may include:
• Monthly membership option
• Weekly option (if available)
• Multi-athlete families can request a custom plan
Important Notes:
• Payments are due on the assigned due date each month
• Athletes must be current on payments to participate in training
• If a payment issue comes up, please communicate early so we can help
We support families with multiple athletes.
Sibling Discount Options:
• Discount applies when siblings are enrolled at the same time
• Discount amount may vary by training level and schedule availability
• Discount does not apply to tournament entry fees or uniforms
To request a sibling discount, please contact us after registration and we will confirm your updated total.
Competitive teams include more than just training — they include the full season experience.
Team fees may cover:
• Team practices and team development sessions
• Tournament registrations / entry fees
• Uniforms / gear packages
• Admin/team operations
Team fees typically do NOT include:
• Parent or any Spectator Entry to tournaments
• Travel (hotel, flights, gas)
• Food during travel weekends
Important:
Teams are offered based on athlete readiness, commitment, and development progression. We are building athletes — not lineups.
HTX Flames is a development-based program and all training spots are reserved.
Refund Guidelines:
• Training fees are non-refundable once the training month begins
• Missed sessions are not refundable
• If a session is cancelled by HTX Flames, a makeup session or credit may be provided
If an emergency situation occurs, please contact us directly and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
Training fees cover structured skill development led by HTX Flames coaches.
Training fees include:
• Skill development sessions (based on athlete group)
• Ball-handling, shooting, finishing, defense, and footwork training
• Competitive reps and game-like drills
• Coaching, instruction, and feedback
• A positive, structured environment focused on growth
