Parent Support & Communication

At HTX Flames Basketball Academy, we value clear communication and a positive environment for athletes and families. To protect training time and keep concerns organized, we use a Parent Support system for all questions, concerns, and communication needs.

Please do not approach coaches during practices or games.
All concerns must be submitted using the form below so they can be reviewed and responded to properly.

Once submitted, a Parent Liaison or Parent Relations Team member will respond within 24–48 hours (excluding travel weekends).

🧾 PARENT SUPPORT / GRIEVANCE PROCESS

If a concern needs to be addressed, the following steps must be followed:

Step 1: Submit a Parent Support Form

All concerns must be submitted using the official HTX Flames Parent Support Form.

Step 2: Review by Parent Liaison / Parent Relations Team

A Parent Liaison or Parent Relations Team member will review the concern and respond.

Step 3: Resolution Plan

If needed, a meeting will be scheduled with the appropriate staff member(s).

Response Time: 24–48 hours (excluding tournament travel weekends)
